I began my career as a licensed real estate salesperson in 2001 and almost immediately, my decision to focus on my real estate business was validated when I made my first sale. Since 2001, I have successfully represented sellers, buyers, renters, landlords, business owners and developers. When the market changed, I saw an opportunity to further grow my business and knowledge of the industry and began managing and selling REO properties locally. In 2011, my experience and knowledge drew the attention of an internationally recognized franchise and I made the decision to join their real estate and franchise development team. While the work was fulfilling, I realized my passions was truly with working with Mr. and Mrs. Homeowner and Home Buyer. My ultimate goal has always been one thing; to fulfill a home seller’s dream or to make homeownership for my buyers a reality. My family has a long history of providing service and value to Staten Island and this is why I pride myself on my ability to continue with the family tradition. Serving the Staten Island real estate community since 2001 has afforded me extensive local market knowledge. In essence, I know how to service, sell, negotiate, problem solve and market our community. My promise is that I will always act with integrity, honesty and professionalism.
